Where do you ship? We ship worldwide. France and Europe are our main markets, but we deliver to most countries internationally.
How long does delivery take? France: 3–7 business days. Europe: 7–14 days. Rest of the world: 14–21 days.
How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also track it directly on our website.
Can I return my order? Yes. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at somnea.boutique@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
Are the LED neons safe? Yes. All our neons are USB powered, low heat, and CE certified. Safe for bedrooms and living rooms.
What size are the neons? Sizes vary by product — each listing shows the exact dimensions. Most neons are between 30 and 60 cm wide.
What size are the frames? Our most popular size is 40×60 cm. Each product page shows the exact dimensions.
Do the neons come with a remote? Most of our LED neons include a remote control with brightness and color settings. Check each product page for details.
How do I hang the frame? All frames come ready to hang with hardware included. Just pick your spot and hang it.
I haven't received my order — what do I do? Wait the full delivery window first, then contact us at somnea.boutique@gmail.com. We'll track it down and make it right.
